Adjacent to the Southern end of the beach, and sandwiched between it and the fishing port, is the town center offering a superb range of cuisine around the square and on narrow streets full of character and charm. Located in the Pyrenees-Atlantic the region offers everything for the golfing, sailing, surfing, mountain-biking, hill-walking, sight seeing, photography, art and fishing enthusiast. St. Jean de Luz is just 15km from the Spanish border and is therefore ideally situated for day trips to places such as St. Sebastian and Pamplona as well as the Basque country and the various attractions of the Pyrenees.</div> <div>  </div> <bR> <div> <B>Features of the House</B></div> <div> Located adjacent to the excellent Town Park with it's peaceful ambience, playground and permanent outdoor-performance venue, and just ten minutes walk from the main beach and town center,  this holiday home is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday. In addition, it is conveniently located within easy access of all amenities. Its proximity to Biarritz-Parma Airport and St Jean de Luz Train Station and Bus Terminal is a major bonus. The rental fee includes bed linen, towels, electricity and a cleaning charge. The house is provided with three seperate hot water tanks providing ample hot water.
